Supreme Court hears appeal with potential implications for domestic abuse-related suicide cases
On 13 October 2026, the Supreme Court heard R v Field. More information about our clients’ intervention is here. Outside the Court, our clients and bereaved families held a banner calling for justice for victims of domestic abuse-related suicide and highlighting the need for them to be recognised under the law of homicide. View photographs from the day.
