Houseboat dweller wins appeal in important test case

Tingdene Marinas Limited v JM Jaffe

Our client’s successful application to the First Tier Tribunal (residential property) for the Mobile Home Act to apply to her agreement with the marina owners Tingdene and provide her with some protection has been upheld by the Upper Tribunal.
